Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with CES Consultants, Inc. for general engineering and inspection services at Miami International Airport. This is part of a pool of five A&E consultants. The contract is for a maximum of $41,353,125.00 over five years with a five-year renewal option. Services include routine construction inspection, threshold inspection, and commissioning of building systems. The project supports the Miami International Airport's modernization plan, which has been expanded to $12 billion. CES Consultants, Inc. was the fifth-ranked firm selected for negotiation.
