PSA AWARD TO NIFAH AND PARTNERS

Miami-Dade County is approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Nifah & Partners Consulting Engineers, Inc. to provide general engineering and inspection services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract, number E25AV01C, has a maximum combined amount of $41,353,125.00 for an initial five-year term with a potential five-year renewal. These services will support the airport's modernization plan, including construction and renovation of buildings, civil projects, and mechanical/electrical systems. Nifah & Partners is one of five firms selected for this pool of consultants. The Aviation Department will issue service orders to assign specific work. The Aviation and Seaport Committee recommended forwarding this to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation. The Board of County Commissioners is expected to take action on July 21, 2026.
