PSA AWARD TO NIFAH AND PARTNERS

Miami-Dade County is approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Nifah & Partners Consulting Engineers, Inc. for general engineering and inspection services at Miami International Airport. The contract, with a maximum amount of $41,353,125.00, has a term of five years with a potential five-year renewal. Nifah & Partners is part of a pool of five consultants selected to support the Miami-Dade Aviation Department's Capital Improvement Program, which includes modernization of terminals, concourses, runways, and other infrastructure. Services will encompass routine construction inspection, specialized threshold inspections, and commissioning of building systems. The project is funded through various subprograms within the Miami International Airport and Reserve Maintenance Fund. The Aviation and Seaport Committee recommended forwarding this item to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation. The BCC is expected to make a final decision on July 21, 2026.
