Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved the award of a competitive revenue-generating contract, Contract No. EVN0028376, for the Concourse K Concession Program at Miami International Airport to OTG MIA Venture, LLC. The contract is for the development and management of 17 retail and food and beverage concession spaces, totaling approximately 19,073 square feet, within the upcoming Concourse K. The projected revenue to the Miami-Dade Aviation Department is $62,200,000.00 over an initial 11-year term, which includes two years for construction and nine for operations, with one additional one-year option to renew. The Concessionaire will be responsible for financing, design, leasing, tenant coordination, construction, and property management of these spaces. The contract was recommended for approval by the Aviation and Seaport Committee and subsequently by the Board of County Commissioners. The RFP was issued on August 5, 2025, with four proposals received by November 17, 2025. Three proposals were deemed non-responsive due to failure to submit a revenue proposal. Negotiations with the selected vendor concluded on May 5, 2026. The Concourse K is expected to be available by 2030. The Living Wage Ordinance applies to this contract.
