Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering the award of a competitive revenue-generating contract for the Concourse K Concession Program at Miami International Airport. The contract, number EVN0028376, is recommended for award to OTG MIA Venture, LLC. The project involves the development and management of 17 concession spaces (11 food and beverage, 6 retail) totaling approximately 19,073 square feet within the new Concourse K. The projected revenue for Miami-Dade Aviation Department is $62,200,000.00 over an initial 11-year term (2 years construction, 9 years operations) with one, one-year option to renew.
