Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) is awarding a competitive revenue-generating contract, Contract No. EVN0000341, for an American Sports Bar at MIA to SSP America MIA, LLC. The projected revenue is $12,000,000.00 over a 10-year term. The concession will be located on the third floor of the Concourse E Satellite Building at Miami International Airport. The contract includes finance, design, construction, management, operation, and maintenance of the food and beverage concept. The Aviation Committee forwarded this to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation on 7/13/2026. The BCC is scheduled to consider this on 9/1/2026.
