The district will provide maintenance for landscaped swales, medians, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, and lakes, as well as street lighting services. The initial estimated cost for multipurpose maintenance is $19,054.51 annually, and for street lighting is $65,797.66 for the first year, decreasing to $15,810.32 annually thereafter.
