Miami-Dade County established the Olga Lidia Subdivision Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The district is generally bounded by SW 245 Terrace (North), SW 128 Avenue (East), Theoretical SW 246 Street (South), and SW 129 Avenue (West). It is located in Section 23, Township 56 South, Range 39 East. The district will provide multipurpose maintenance for landscaped areas, common areas, and exterior fencing/walls, and street lighting services. The estimated cost for multipurpose maintenance in the second year is $19,054.51 ($0.7921 per assessable square foot). The estimated cost for street lighting in the second year is $15,810.32 ($21.2230 per assessable front foot). The developer, Sunshine Views 246, LLC, requested the district, with 100% of property owners signing the petition. The district will be managed by Miami-Dade County's Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department.
