Miami-Dade County adopted an ordinance creating the Wildwood Groves Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The district is generally bounded by SW 272 Street (North), Theoretical SW 158 Passage (East), SW 276 Street (South), and SW 162 Avenue (West). The district will provide for the maintenance of landscaped areas, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, lakes, and exterior fencing/walls, as well as street lighting services. The initial estimated cost for multipurpose maintenance is $149,883.98, and for street lighting is $52,590.16 for the first year, with subsequent years adjusted based on actual costs. The developer, TPG AG EHC III (LEN) MULTI STATE 4, LLC, petitioned for the district, which is expected to include approximately 115 single-family homes. Street lighting services are anticipated to begin in November 2028, following a developer-provided first year. Maintenance services will commence after developer/association cessation and failure to provide services.
