Miami-Dade County adopted an ordinance creating the Wildwood Groves Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The district will provide maintenance for landscaped areas, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, and lakes, as well as street lighting services. The initial estimated cost for multipurpose maintenance is $149,883.98, and for street lighting is $52,590.16 for the first year, with subsequent years having different estimated costs. The developer, TPG AG EHC III (LEN) MULTI STATE 4, LLC, petitioned for the district, which is expected to include approximately 115 single-family homes. Street lighting services are anticipated to begin in November 2028, following a developer-provided first year. Maintenance services will commence after developer and association/CDD cessation of services.
