Miami-Dade County adopted an ordinance creating the Wildwood Groves Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The district is generally bounded by SW 272 Street (North), Theoretical SW 158 Passage (East), SW 276 Street (South), and SW 162 Avenue (West). The district will provide maintenance for landscaped areas, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, lakes, fencing, walls, and private roads if associations fail to do so. It will also provide street lighting services. The estimated initial cost for multipurpose maintenance is $149,883.98, and for street lighting is $52,590.16 for the first year, with subsequent years adjusted based on actual costs. The developer, TPG AG EHC III (LEN) MULTI STATE 4, LLC, is the sole property owner and requested the district. The district is expected to serve approximately 115 single-family homes.
