APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS TO ILA

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-473-26, approving multiple interlocal agreements and supplemental agreements involving the County, the Commission on Ethics and Public Trust, and the Supervisor of Elections. These agreements facilitate the transition of financial disclosure and outside employment functions to the County's INFORMS platform, expand the Supervisor of Elections' responsibilities related to election functions, and modify the Interlocal Transition Agreement for automatic annual renewal and relocation of the Supervisor's branch office within the Stephen P. Clark Center. The resolution also extends employee crosswalk provisions. A monthly compensation of $1,000.00 is established for the Supervisor's use of space within the Stephen P. Clark Center, retroactive to July 1, 2025.
