Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance establishing the San Diego Villas Community Development District (CDD). This CDD is created to finance capital improvements and maintenance for a new residential development. The project involves the construction of 271 villa units, roadway improvements, and stormwater, wastewater, and water systems, with an estimated cost of $16.055 million.
