Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance on first reading for Application No. CDMP20250007, filed by GPC Miami Business Park, LLC. The application seeks to amend the Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP) for a site located on the west side of the Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike, between SW 186 Street and SW 196 Street. Twelve individuals waived in support during the public hearing, and no one appeared to speak against the proposal. The matter is currently in committee.
