Miami-Dade County is considering an ordinance for Application No. CDMP20250007, filed by GPC Miami Business Park, LLC. The application seeks to amend the Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP) for a site located on the west side of the Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike, generally east of SW 112 Avenue, between SW 186 Street and SW 196 Street. A public hearing was held, and twelve individuals waived in support. The next step is to determine a public hearing date. The ordinance is being processed concurrently with Zoning Application No. Z2025000117.
