Miami-Dade County Commission adopted a resolution approving the City of Miami's codesignation of Southwest 20th Street, between Southwest 36th Court and Southwest 32nd Place, as "Bob Valledor Lane". This action honors Robert "Bob" Valledor for his extensive contributions to the City of Miami's real estate landscape, community well-being, mentorship, and civic engagement. The County will direct the installation of new signage reflecting this codesignation on County street signs and traffic signal mast arms. The City of Miami had previously passed Resolution No. R-26-0044 on January 22, 2026, to effectuate this codesignation.
