Miami-Dade County Commission adopted a resolution approving the City of Miami's codesignation of Southwest 20th Street, between Southwest 36th Court and Southwest 32nd Place, as "Bob Valledor Lane". This action honors Robert "Bob" Valledor for his extensive contributions to the City of Miami's real estate development, community service, affordable housing initiatives, and mentorship. The county will install signage to reflect this codesignation. The City of Miami had previously passed a resolution (R-26-0044) on January 22, 2026, to codesignate this street segment.
