CODESIGNATION - OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE STREET

Miami-Dade County Commission adopted a resolution to codesignate a portion of Northwest 25th Street between Northwest 117th Avenue and Northwest 112th Avenue as "Our Lady of Guadalupe Street". This action amends a previous resolution (R-358-26) which had codesignated the same street segment as "Monsignor Toms Marn Street". The resolution urges the City of Sweetwater to join in this new codesignation. The street segment is a County-maintained road within the City of Sweetwater and County Commission District 12. The founding pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, located at 11691 Northwest 25th Street, is the namesake for the proposed street name.
