Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Terracon Consultants, Inc. This contract, part of a pool of architectural and engineering consultants, is for professional construction materials testing services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract has a maximum combined amount of $41,353,125.00 for a term of five years with one five-year renewal option. The services will support various capital improvement projects at the airport, including terminal and concourse construction/remodeling, apron and utilities projects, and parking structures.
