Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-481-26, authorizing a non-competitive designated purchase for Trapeze Software Group, Inc. under Contract No. BW7961-3/11. This approval extends the contract for Trapeze software implementation, technical support, and maintenance for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) by an additional three years. The expenditure authority is increased by $3,062,860, bringing the total modified contract value to $20,889,064. This extension is necessary to ensure operational continuity for critical transit functions, including fixed-route bus and rail scheduling, and paratransit operations, while DTPW implements new, competitively procured replacement platforms.
