Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-481-26, authorizing a non-competitive designated purchase for Supplemental Agreement No. 10 under Contract No. BW7961-3/11 with Trapeze Software Group, Inc. This agreement extends the contract for Trapeze software implementation, technical support, and maintenance for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) by an additional three years. It also authorizes an expenditure increase of $3,062,860, bringing the total modified contract value to $20,889,064. The extension is necessary to ensure operational continuity for critical transit scheduling and paratransit software platforms while DTPW implements new, competitively procured systems. The contract can be terminated early for specific modules if replacement systems are implemented sooner. The Board approved this by a two-thirds vote.
