Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing a non-competitive designated purchase for Supplemental Agreement No. 10 under Contract No. BW7961-3/11 with Trapeze Software Group, Inc. This agreement extends the contract for Trapeze software implementation, technical support, and maintenance for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) by an additional three years. It also authorizes an expenditure increase of $3,062,860, bringing the total modified contract value to $20,889,064. The extension is intended to ensure operational continuity for critical transit scheduling and paratransit software systems during the implementation of new, competitively procured platforms.
