Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-481-26, authorizing a non-competitive designated purchase for Trapeze Software Group, Inc. under Contract No. BW7961-3/11. This approval extends the contract for Trapeze software implementation, technical support, and maintenance for an additional three years, increasing the expenditure authority by $3,062,860.00. The total modified contract value will be $20,889,064.00. This extension is necessary to ensure operational continuity for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) transit operations, including fixed-route bus and rail scheduling, and paratransit services, while DTPW implements new, competitively procured replacement platforms. The contract allows for the discontinuation of individual modules as new systems become operational. The Board approved this by a two-thirds vote.
