Miami-Dade County adopted a resolution accepting the conveyance of property interests from Brian Rin Nhem and Kanica Nhem for road purposes. The property is a portion of SW 264 Street, extending approximately 330 feet east from a point about 660 feet east of SW 222 Avenue. This conveyance is required to meet zoning and land development requirements for building sites to abut a dedicated right-of-way. The estimated annual maintenance cost for this right-of-way is $70, funded by the Department of Transportation and Public Works General Fund allocation. The Department of Transportation and Public Works is overseeing the project.
