CONVEYANCE TO FDOT TWO EASEMENTS AT MIAMI GARDENS DRIVE

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing the conveyance of two perpetual easements to the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for a roadway improvement project. The easements are for parcels 800 and 801, located at the SW corner of SR 860/Miami Gardens Drive and NW 37th Avenue (approximately 2,414 sq ft) and the SE corner of SR 860/Miami Gardens Drive and NE 6th Avenue (approximately 1,061 sq ft).
