Miami-Dade County adopted a resolution accepting two property conveyances for road purposes. The first conveyance is from Ivan Rabinovich Properties LLC for portions of NW 21 Court at NW 99 Terrace and NW 99 Street, specifically at the southeast and northeast corners of these intersections, to create a 25-foot radius return. The second conveyance is from Guzman Homes, LLC for a portion of NW 23 Avenue at NW 82 Street, at the southwest corner of the intersection, also to create a 25-foot radius return. These conveyances are to fulfill zoning and land development requirements for roadway improvements. The County is not obligated to construct improvements on these tendered properties. Annual maintenance costs are estimated at $30.
