CONVEYANCES FROM IVAN RABINOVICH PROPERTIES LLC

Miami-Dade County adopted a resolution accepting two property conveyances for road purposes. The first conveyance is from Ivan Rabinovich Properties LLC for portions of NW 21 Court at NW 99 Terrace and NW 99 Street. The second conveyance is from Guzman Homes, LLC for a portion of NW 23 Avenue at NW 82 Street. Both conveyances are to round street intersections with a 25-foot radius as required by Chapter 28. The estimated annual maintenance cost for these rights-of-way is $30, funded by the DTPW General Fund. The Board of County Commissioners approved and accepted these conveyances.
