CONVEYANCES FROM IVAN RABINOVICH PROPERTIES LLC

Miami-Dade County adopted a resolution accepting two property conveyances for road purposes. The first conveyance is from Ivan Rabinovich Properties LLC, Trustee of the JG 2120 Land Trust, for property interests at the southeast corner of NW 99th Terrace and NW 21st Court, and the northeast corner of NW 99th Street and NW 21st Court. The second conveyance is from Guzman Homes, LLC, for property interests at the southwest corner of NW 23rd Avenue and NW 82nd Street. Both conveyances are for radius returns at street intersections to satisfy a Chapter 28 requirement for 25-foot radius rounding. The County is not obligated to construct improvements. Annual maintenance costs are estimated at $30, funded by the DTPW General Fund.
