The vehicle has an estimated value of $3,750.00. The Community Coalition of South Dade, Inc. is an eligible non-profit community-based organization that will use the vehicle to enhance its services. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to execute a community-based organization agreement. The Donee must take possession within 60 days of the resolution's effective date, and will be responsible for all transfer costs. If possession is not taken, the resolution becomes null and void.
