GROUND LEASE RE RESIDENCES AT LUMMUS PARC LLC

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a 99-year amended and restated ground lease and a consulting agreement for the redevelopment of the Gallery at Lummus Parc (Phase 1) and Residences at Lummus Parc (Phase 2). Phase 1 involves 257 units and a parking garage, with 57 RAD units transferred. Phase 2 involves 182 units, including 23 RAD units. The total estimated amount for the Phase 1 consulting agreement is $354,566,874.00. The County Mayor is authorized to negotiate and execute agreements for Phase 2 without further board approval. The project is a Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion and redevelopment.
