INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE PUBLIC HEALTH TRUST

Miami-Dade County approved an intergovernmental agreement with The Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County d/b/a Jackson Health System for employee testing and medical assessment services. The agreement has an initial five-year term and a two-year option to renew, with a total contract amount not to exceed $19,853,000.00. The services include pre-employment physical examinations, high stress examinations, in-service fitness-for-duty assignments, and drug and alcohol testing. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to execute the agreement and exercise its provisions.
