Miami-Dade County Commission adopted Resolution R-460-26 approving the plat of Jackson Hospital. The project is located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 52 South, Range 41 East, bounded by NW 171 Terrace (north), approximately 160 feet west of N.W. Miami Court (east), NW 168 Street (south), and NW 2 Avenue (west). The applicant is Miami-Dade County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida. The proposed usage is a surface parking lot, with a zoning of CF (Community Facility). All improvements are in place, and there is no fiscal impact to the county. The President and Chief Executive Officer of the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County is authorized to file and execute the plat. The Miami-Dade County Plat Committee recommended approval.
