Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-558-26, authorizing amendments to a lease and land use plan for the Mental Health Center located at 2200 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33127. The resolution approves non-competitive designated purchases for services at the center totaling up to $45,687,127.00. This includes contracts with The Village South, Inc. (and its parent WestCare Foundation, Inc.) for mental health services up to $27,218,627.00 for a three-year term with renewal options, and The Advocate Program Inc. for ancillary services up to $4,169,861.00 for a three-year term with renewal options.
