PALMETTO HOMES ADDITIONAL EXTENSION FOR 30 LOTS

Miami-Dade County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing an extension for Palmetto Homes Urban Development Group, Inc. to construct and complete affordable housing on multiple county-owned properties. The extension is for three years from the adoption date of the resolution. The properties are intended for very low-, low-, or moderate-income households under the Infill Housing Initiative Program. Palmetto Homes has returned 15 lots to the county, including three specific addresses in Miami, FL, and will also undertake the construction of a Puerto Rican Community Center along with multifamily housing on other properties.
