Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) as part of a pool of architectural and engineering consultants. PSI will provide professional construction materials testing services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract, number E24AV03A, has a combined maximum amount of $41,353,125.00 for a term of five years with one five-year renewal option. This is one of five companion agreements for similar services. The services will support various capital improvement projects at MIA, including terminal and concourse construction/remodeling, apron and utilities projects, and parking structures. Work will be assigned via service orders on a rotational basis among the selected firms.
