Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) as part of a pool of architectural and engineering consultants. PSI will provide professional construction materials testing services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract, number E24AV03A, has a combined maximum amount of $41,353,125.00 for a term of five years with one five-year renewal option. This is one of five such agreements being awarded to a pool of consultants for various capital improvement projects at MIA, including terminal, concourse, apron, utilities, aircraft ramp, runway, parking structure, and auxiliary building projects. The work will be assigned via service orders on a rotational basis. PSI was the highest-ranked firm selected by the Competitive Selection Committee.
