Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Wingerter Laboratories, Inc. This contract, part of a pool of architectural and engineering consultants, is for providing professional construction materials testing services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract has a maximum combined amount of $41,353,125.00 for an initial five-year term with one five-year renewal option. The services will support various capital improvement projects at the airport, including terminal, concourse, apron, utilities, aircraft ramp, runway, parking structure, and auxiliary building construction/remodeling. Wingerter Laboratories, Inc. is one of five firms selected for this pool, with work assigned rotationally. The decision was adopted on June 2, 2026.
