RELATING TO THE INFILL HOUSING INITIATIVE PROGRAM

The amendment restricts developers to a maximum of two one-year extensions for property development, with a possibility of one additional extension in extraordinary circumstances (declared emergencies, natural disasters) upon a two-thirds vote.
