RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

Miami-Dade County declared certain firefighting equipment surplus and authorized its donation to Alcada Municipal, Utica, Cundinamarca, Colombia. The equipment includes 24 jackets, 24 pants, 24 hoods, 24 sets of gloves, 24 pairs of boots, 24 helmets, and 24 ear flaps, all deemed obsolete. The County waived standard surplus property disposition procedures by a two-thirds vote. The recipient must take possession within 90 days, covering all transfer costs.
