Miami-Dade County Ordinance 260593 creates Section 33-39.5 of the County Code, establishing procedures for the administrative acceptance and approval of covenants related to the Live Local Act. This ordinance applies to proposed developments within Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs) or designated areas. It allows for agreements between applicants and the County that may differ from statutory requirements regarding height, density, floor area ratio, and parking.
