Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance ratifying non-ad valorem assessment rolls and rates for 15 Multipurpose Maintenance Special Taxing Districts for the fiscal year October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The ordinance approves increased rates for these districts, totaling $1,693,411, affecting 12,044 folios, with 10,773 seeing increases of less than $50. These assessments fund multipurpose maintenance services, including landscape and lake maintenance, swale and wall maintenance, and graffiti abatement.
