Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners will consider a resolution declaring 32 acres of vacant county-owned land surplus. The land is located adjacent to the Homestead Air Reserve Base and is identified by portions of folio numbers 30-7901-000-0090, 30-7901-000-0210, and 30-7901-000-0220. The proposed action is a no-cost conveyance of this land to the United States of America, acting through the Department of the Air Force. A two-thirds vote of board members present is required for approval.
