SURPLUS OF PROPERTY RE CIPRES RE LLC

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution declaring county-owned property surplus and authorizing its conveyance to CIPRES RE, LLC for $10.00. The property will be developed with 14 affordable housing units and approximately 4,100 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. CIPRES RE, LLC, an affiliate of Rilea Group, Inc., will develop the property within three years of the county deed recording. The developer will also contribute $800,000 to a not-for-profit for an endowed scholarship. The resolution waives certain notice and procedural requirements.
