2026 PUBLIC FACILITIES BONDS (PHT)

Miami-Dade County is authorizing the issuance of up to $275,000,000.00 in Public Facilities Revenue Bonds (Jackson Health System), Series 2026. The bonds will be used to pay costs of certain projects for Jackson Health System, fund a debt service reserve fund if necessary, and cover costs of issuance. The bonds will be sold by competitive bid. A public hearing was held on July 2, 2026, and the Board of County Commissioners is scheduled to consider the resolution on July 21, 2026. The specific projects to be funded are described in Exhibit A, which is not included in this document.
