COPART WEST SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT

Miami-Dade County is establishing the Copart West Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The district will provide street lighting services within public rights-of-way. The Board of County Commissioners is scheduled to hold a public hearing on July 21, 2026. The project is a subdivision requirement and is expected to be completed by Fall 2028, with initial billing in November 2029.
