Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners deferred an ordinance to establish the Downtown SoMi Community Development District. The district is generally bounded by Harriet Tubman Highway (US 1) to the north, SW 57 Avenue (Red Road) to the east, SW 72 Street (Sunset Drive) to the south, and SW 58 Avenue to the west.
