Resolution approving the issuance of multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida, not to exceed $100,000,000.00, to be loaned to Redwood CP Holdings I, LLC, to finance a portion of the costs of the development of a multifamily housing rental project known as Claude Pepper – Phase I. The project is located on approximately 5.8 acres and will provide approximately 203 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate, or middle income. The matter was deferred by Commissioner Marleine Bastien to no date certain.
