Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering a resolution to approve the issuance of multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County. The debt, not to exceed $20,000,000.00, will be loaned to Liberty Renaissance Apartments LLC to finance a portion of the costs for the development of a new multifamily housing rental project named Liberty Renaissance. The project will provide approximately 98 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate, or middle income. A public hearing was held on June 17, 2026, and disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Bonds are expected to be issued by October 2026. This is a legislative matter in draft status, pending BCC assignment.
