Miami-Dade County is seeking approval for a standard Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with municipalities for debris removal, staging, reduction, long-range hauling, and monitoring services. This MOU is intended for hurricane clean-up and recovery operations. The services will be provided by Miami-Dade County's Department of Solid Waste Management (DSWM) through three pre-established, competitively bid emergency contracts.
