Miami-Dade County is establishing Prequalification Pool No. EVN0025344 for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services. The pool has an allocation of $31,400,591.00 for an eight-year term and will serve multiple County departments. This pool replaces a previous one and aims to provide timely access to qualified vendors for maintenance and repair of County equipment, including light and heavy-duty vehicles and fleet machinery. The pool is structured into two groups: Group 1 for parts and supplies, and Group 2 for repair services. Seven vendors have been prequalified, with six being local firms, including two certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms. The pool will remain open for additional vendors. The Infrastructure, Innovation & Technology Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners with a favorable recommendation.
